Koolhaas
I decided that a stranded hat -- while warm and a new technique for me -- would be too difficult to knit in less than four days. Especially since I've never knit anything stranded before. Therefore, the Winter Sunrise Hat got bumped for Brooklyn Tweed's infinitely popular Koolhaas hat.
ETA: Michael very much likes his hat. A success! :) Now Angela wants one, too...
Boring Stats:
Pattern: Koolhaas by Jared Flood of Brooklyn Tweed's (can be found in Interweave Knits, Holiday 2007)
Yarn: Karabella Aurora 8
Gauge: slightly smaller than called for
Needles: US 6, US 7
Started: December 20, 2007
Finished: December 23, 2007

It looks great! I really like the stitch definition in Aurora 8.
